There is no sign of life
The silence was deafening
No heart beat could be heard once it beat strong
Her heart quieted by his hand
There is no sign of life.
The screams heard so many times
silence in there place
The air filled with fear and the smell of blood
She lays lifeless, her face still stained with tears
The bruises she wore as medals proof of the battles she had stayed
There is no sign of life

Blood dried in soft dark hair, bones broken
Lips that once smiled now bloody and cut
Blood everywhere all that you could see
Bloody gashes more then a 100
There is no sign of life.
The child that once moved from with in
A little daughter the doctor had said
Another heart stilled by the hand of hate
there is no sign of life
They both will cry no more
Buried one with the other
Eternally together quieted forever
There is no sign of life.
