Like butterflies and waterfalls Trickling down the rays from heaven Sending messages of love softly To let us know Gods will is written. Words we may not want to read A language we may not understand Coming to grips with uncertainty Realizing He is in command. Unanswered questions still remain Our hearts are still exposed The loss we feel forever strong Our loved ones lives transposed. Always just a thought away Recurring echo's in the mind The past it seems revisited Oh, so many times. A dashing spark against the sun A tiny light in the night sky The spontaneous ripple of water A breeze that brushes by. So many things can make us wonder About the lives that have been lost But in our hearts we must remember Heaven is just a thought across. Our loved ones aren't too far from us Even though it seems like forever Oh wondrous the day we will embrace The time we are again together.
